IRF is pleased to announce that Sponsor Hosted Dinners will take place on the evening of Wednesday, May 30, following the IRF evening reception (5:30PM-7:30PM). Invitational sponsors are encouraged to host a dinner for a chance to experience exceptional dining and to continue building new and old partnerships with fellow sponsor representatives and hosted buyers.
Outlined below are important reminders and processes for reserving your sponsor hosted dinner. Please review this information carefully. Questions and reservation information should be sent to Sibley Guilianelli at firstname.lastname@example.org. Direct communication regarding the 2018 hosted dinner process will also be sent to your organization's main point of contact.
The following options detail the opportunity for participation in the 2018 hosted dinners. Please read each option carefully. Once you have decided on your participation option, please return your option to the IRF by completing the hosted dinner form here. This information must be provided to the IRF no later than May 1, 2018.
- Host a Private Dinner On-Property
This option allows you to reserve your dinner in one of The Grand at Moon Palace’s best locations with the potential to customize your menu and wine pairings, and is perfect if you’re looking for a quieter setting that allows for intimate conversation. This option is available at an additional cost per person. Private and semi-private dining spaces are available on a first come, first served basis only. To review these locations, please click here.
Please Note: Standard restaurant reservations are not available for groups of 10 or more.
- Make Advanced Reservations at an On-Property Restaurant
This option allows you to confirm your dinner time and location in one of the on-property restaurants at The Grand prior to your arrival onsite for the program and is available at a cost of $100.00 USD per person. If there’s a particular setting or restaurant you wish to secure for your hosted dinner, this is the best option for you, as the resort is 100% occupied during the Invitational dates and restaurants will fill up quickly if you wait to make an onsite reservation. - Make Onsite Reservations at an On-Property Restaurant
This option indicates that you wish to wait to make your hosted dinner reservation until you have arrived onsite for the Invitational. A representative from The Grand will be available in the IRF Invitational Registration area on Tuesday, May 29, from 10am – 7pm, to assist with making your reservation in one of the on-property restaurants. This option is available at no additional cost. Reservations at specific restaurants and for specific seating times are subject to availability. If you wait to make your reservation onsite, the IRF cannot guarantee that you will be able to secure the restaurant(s) of your choice. To review the on-property restaurants, please click here. - Host a Dinner Off-Property
In the event you choose to host your dinner off-property, all details including restaurant location, reservation time, guest list and primary point of contact must be provided to the IRF no later than May 1, 2018 via email to Sibley Guilianelli at email@example.com. IRF is not responsible for transportation to or from off property dinner locations.
- Not Hosting a Dinner
If you choose to opt out of the hosted dinner experience for your group, your confirmed hosted buyers will be released into the IRF pool for this evening and will be eligible to be invited to dinner by another sponsor group or be invited to one of the IRF hosted dinners on-property that evening. Sponsor representatives in your group will be on own for dinner.
Your hosted dinner guest list is based on the confirmed registrations of the sponsor representatives, hosted buyers, and Invitational guests paired with your property or company. Out of respect to your fellow sponsor representatives, please do not distribute additional dinner invitations to individuals not confirmed as your hosted buyers. In the event you are unsure of if a buyer is hosted or if you would like to select from the un-hosted buyer list to fill any remaining spaces, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Your hosted dinner guest list was provided via email to your organization's main point of contact. For a copy of your hosted dinner guest list, please contact Sibley Guilianelli at email@example.com.
Mobile App Information
Once your dinner information has been confirmed, IRF will upload this information into the “My Schedule” section of the Invitational app for each guest. It is essential that you carefully review and confirm all details of your dinner, including your guest list, with the IRF so that your fellow sponsor representatives and hosted buyers have the correct information for that evening.
