IRF 2014 Around the World Live and Silent Auction
You can enjoy fabulous packages at some of the world’s finest hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines around the world by being an active bidder at this year’s Annual Incentive Invitational in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Many organizations have supported The Incentive Research Foundation by donating exciting travel packages and merchandise to our Around the World Showcase Auction. We would like to request your support for this important industry fundraising.
Thanks to the generosity of industry professionals like you, The Annual Incentive Invitational and Around the World Auction continues to be our most important source of funds that are being invested by The Incentive Research Foundation in research, products and projects to increase the awareness and usage of incentive programs worldwide. To date The IRF has underwritten over 60 research projects and committed over $2 million to these research efforts.
In appreciation for your contribution to the auction being held in conjunction with the Annual Incentive Invitational in 2014, as a donor you will receive the following:
- Acknowledgement as a supporter in the Annual Incentive Invitational welcome packet and auction catalog
- Your organization provided recognition on The Incentive Research Foundation’s Annual Incentive Invitational website
- Your collateral on display in the onsite auction room for four days
The 21st Annual Incentive Invitational and Around the World Auction is being held May 28-June 1, 2014. There will be over 170 top incentive house and corporate senior executive customers in attendance, to whom your donation will be showcased during the entire four days of the event program. And prior to the program, your donation will be featured in advance promotion of the auction catalog, etc.
The Foundation is very much dependent on the funds raised at the annual Invitational in May. Please help us to attain the Foundation's research goals by donating mini or longer stay "incentive quality "travel awards (i.e. 3-7 night hotel stays with some add-ons such as breakfast, golf, spa, tours, transfers, etc.) or merchandise (incentive merchandise, sports products, artwork, ceramics/pottery, etc) for the Foundation Auction. We would greatly appreciate your support. All donations must be received by no later than Monday, March 17, 2014 to be included in the printed auction catalog provided to all attendees and also featured on this Invitational website.
If you are able to provide the Foundation with an auction award, please fill out the online donation form. For travel donations, please note to include valid dates (we are requesting valid period from at least 12 months, from the date of July 1, 2014, preferably through the end of 2015, with all restrictions outlined).
In addition to the donation form, we request you to please send The Opus Group an original award letter or certificate describing the donation along with a brochure on your product that can be promoted at the Invitational Auction and provided to the winning bidder.
