The Annual Incentive Invitational represents The Incentive Research Foundation's (IRF) most important annual fundraising activity for research that advances the science of motivation and incentives. Each year The IRF provides educational roundtable sessions that highlight The IRF research to focus on industry insights, trends, and the business of incentives. Participants at the sessions learn of the results of The IRF research and, through roundtable discussions, have the opportunity to relate the research to their own experiences and practices. The takeaways from these sessions are invaluable in working in today's business environment.

Utilizing all the elements that make incentive travel an effective motivation tool, The Annual Incentive Invitational brings together end-users plus partner suppliers at an incentive destination for a four-day weekend of business networking, educational sessions addressing the current economics and industry trends, and destination lifestyle experiences. IRF Education

This year education with the IRF is not to be missed. The IRF will be featuring four educational and roundtable sessions for 2012. These sessions will be addressing current, critical industry topics including Game Mechanics, US Travel Policy, Best Practices and the latest IRF Research. All education will be framed and informed by the latest research being developed by The Incentive Research Foundation.
